Carla Davis, PsyD

Carla Davis is a highly experienced sports psychologist with a deep passion for helping athletes unlock their full potential, both mentally and physically. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Texas University, a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University, and both a Master of Science in Health Psychology and a Doctorate in Sports Psychology from Northcentral University. With a rich background working with athletes across various sports, Dr. Davis has had the privilege of working directly with high profile athletes across multiple organizations including the NFL, NBA, MLB,UFC, as well as other high functioning individuals helping them develop the mental toughness required to not only perform but excel at the highest levels of competition. Carla’s dedication to athletes doesn't just stop with her clients—she is also the proud mother of two sons playing college football and a daughter who is both a swimmer and basketball player. Her passion for community work has led to collaborations with local non-profit organizations, focusing on youth athletes, promoting mental health awareness, and empowering student-athletes to reach their full potential. Dr. Davis is committed to helping athletes become the best version of themselves, embracing the philosophy of Kaizen—continuous improvement—in every aspect of their lives and sports careers.

Dr. La'Monica L. James, DBH, MSW, CRAT

Dr. La'Monica James is a Doctor of Behavioral Health Science; aiming to provide assistance and short term therapeutic intervention for mental and physical health improvement. She has the ability to assess, provide a variety of brief clinical therapeutic interventions, Reiki Therapy, referrals to community resources, and holistic Behavioral Health management. Dr. James has a clinical focus and ongoing clinical research to include: PTSD, depression/anxiety, dissociative disorders; parental depression, and foster youth and families. Dr. James is a US Army Veteran and graduate of Arizona State University & The University of Southern Mississippi. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Business Administration, Master of Social Work & PhD. in Behavioral Health Science. She has a 12 year combined Behavioral Health Science and Social Work history. She also has earned certifications for Cardiac Rhythm Analysis and Project Management from The University of the Incarnate Word and The University of Texas - San Antonio.
